Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Chicago presents: A Chocolate Extravaganza: Eight Course Chocolate Tasting Menu, paired with wines 6:30-7:30: Reception featuring several interactive chocolate demo stations manned by chef teachers, chocolate-based appetizers, chocolate cocktails and sparkling wine 7:30-9:00: Sit Down Dinner ~First: Cocoa nib, pomegranate and arugula with grapefruit ~Second: Roasted beets, cocoa and roasted garlic conserve, basil ~Third: Vanilla, white chocolate and coffee seared scallops, muscat cream ~Forth: Seared hamachi with mole and saffron risotto ~Fifth: Cocoa-rubbed duck confit, ancho chocolate, cocoa butter potato pave ~Sixth: Chocolate braised short ribs, white chocolate spaetzle, maple glazed brussels sprouts ~Seventh: Fresh berries, chocolate sabayon ~Eighth: States of Chocolate matter including chocolate powder, chocolate air, chocolate ice cream, hot chocolate Space is limited to 50 guests, so reserve today!

Through a methodology of demonstration followed by hands-on application in professional grade kitchens, you can continue your journey to a world of culinary possibilities.
This incredible dinner serves as a fundraiser for the student scholarship fund. Thanks to the help of our generous sponsors, numerous volunteers, Le Cordon Bleu Instructors, chefs & students, all proceeds will be given to the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago Scholarship fund. We hope to raise over $3,500 for the students on January 23rd.
